The museum is staffed entirely by volunteers. If you would be interested in volunteering at the museum, please let us know. You can work on your own schedule, as much or as little as you like. No previous motorcycle knowledge required. Call the museum (785-332-2400) or contact Kent Kechter, Eddy Schultz, or Scott Schultz for more information.
The St. Francis Motorcycle Museum houses more than 150 vintage motorcycles from more than 45 manufacturers including ACE, Cleveland, Jefferson, Emblem, Excelsior, Flanders, Harley-Davidson, Henderson, Indian, Marsh-Metz, Reading Standard, Pope, Thor, Yale, Feilbach Limited, Iver Johnson, and many others.

The museum is pleased to exhibit one of only two known 1902 Orient motorcycles; the earliest manufacturer to use the term "motorcycle." We also house 40 motorcycles older than 1929 (several of which only five or less are known to exist.) The museum is a treasure of motorcycle history and memorabilia, and the collection is one of the finest to be found anywhere.
